This session focused on group discussions, where each of us shared our own topics and gave input to others. We had not only VFX students in the group, but also animation students, so we were fortunate to hear the ideas of students from different disciplines. One of the boys mentioned that he wanted to discuss the representation of animation in historical themes. I thought this was an interesting topic because you need to consider how the characteristics of animation itself play out on serious historical themes, and this issue is actually the same as the animated documentary we discussed in class earlier. So I’m looking forward to seeing that part of it.
My topic is still discussing whether AI training is infringing in drawing training nowadays. And I have gathered some material.
